Rich Macaluso

Rich Macaluso has been with Orange Coast Title Company and our "Family of Companies" for 32 years. He has played an important role in the success of OCT and the creation of our subsidiaries. His present positions include, Chief Operating Officer, Secretary, Director of OCT and President of FPS.

Rich was directly responsible for the formation of Orange Coast Title's Builder Services/Commercial Division. He also played a lead role in the development our World Wide Web site.

Rich received his Bachelors degree in economics with an emphasis in accounting from Claremont Mens College. He is also an active member of the Building Industry Association, Home Builders Council and the California Land Title Association (CLTA). Rich is President of CLTA during the 2006/2007 term!
