Kathryn Rutherford

Kathryn Rutherford has been working with Developers and all types of subdivisions since 1980. She received her training at California Land Title Company, and was there three years before joining the Law Firm of Robert Smylie & Associates in Century City. After four years Kathryn became senior paralegal in the Real Estate Department. In 1993, Kathryn went to school for Paralegal Studies and obtained her Paralegal Associate Degree in 1994. After 14 years with Mr. Smylie, Kathryn joined the Orange Coast Title Family of Companies in 1998.

Kathryn's knowledge of common interest and standard subdivisions and her impeccable work ethic have earned her an exemplary reputation with her clients and the Department of Real Estate.
